If you are a tenant who has moved into a property via Danson you will need to follow the below process to report repairs in order there is an audit trail for your landlord, and to ensure that your repair gets to the right staff member as quickly as possible in order we best assist you promptly.
If your tenancy is a Let Only tenancy where Danson moved you in, but the ongoing issues are looked after by the Landlord, you should contact the Landlord directly regarding repairs. You should have been provided with your Landlord details at handover when moving in. If you don’t have this information please email our office on email@example.com
