As I oversee the sales department I am involved in your transaction from start to finish. Kevin, the owner here, is my boss but we work side by side everyday. Unlike larger companies, we see the hard work that's put in on both sides on a daily basis. My father was a builder and a property investor which is what sparked my interest in property. This led to my entry into estate agency as a lettings negotiator in London which is when I fell in love with lettings and have never looked back. I have since been working within various sectors of the property industry for over 8 years. In this time I have covered all things relating to lettings and property investment. From lettings legislation and the rental market, building and development work to property management and maintenance; ultimately helping to maximise returns on all of my clients' investments.
As the lettings manager, my unique background and experience with all things relating to property and in particular lettings allows me to give advice based on first-hand experience to ensure all my clients can maximise profits on their investments.
